Last updated: May 2026These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Keptyx provided by KEPTYX PTY LTD (“Keptyx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using Keptyx, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Keptyx is an on-demand AI assistant that provides contextual guidance based on user-initiated screen context.Keptyx operates only when explicitly activated by the user and does not continuously monitor or capture screen activity.Keptyx provides informational guidance only. Keptyx does not click, type, control your computer, make decisions for you, or perform actions on your behalf.

2. User Control and Privacy

Keptyx does not capture, monitor, or analyse screen content unless explicitly activated by the user.All assistance is provided in response to user-initiated requests.Your use of Keptyx is also governed by our Privacy Policy:https://privacy.keptyx.com

3. AI Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Keptyx uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and guidance.Keptyx does not guarantee that any guidance, suggestions, or information provided is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.AI-generated guidance may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to follow any guidance provided.All actions taken based on Keptyx guidance are performed at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Keptyx may offer optional paid subscriptions.On macOS, subscriptions may be processed through Apple’s App Store and are managed through your Apple account settings.On Windows, subscriptions may be processed through Stripe and are managed through the Stripe billing portal provided inside the Keptyx app.Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Deleting Keptyx does not automatically cancel an active subscription.Payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing management may be subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider, including Apple or Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:• misuse or attempt to exploit the service• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of Keptyx• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or bypass Keptyx• use Keptyx in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent manner• use Keptyx to process content you do not have the right to use• rely on Keptyx as a substitute for professional advice where professional judgment is required

6. High-risk use

Keptyx is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.You should independently verify any important information before relying on it.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Keptyx at any time.We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEPTYX PTY LTD shall not be liable for any damages arising from:• use or inability to use Keptyx• reliance on AI-generated guidance• errors or inaccuracies in guidance• loss of data or system damage• subscription, billing, or platform issues outside our reasonable controlKeptyx is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.Continued use of Keptyx after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
